By registering for the 2026 Made Right Conference (“Conference”), to be held February 23, 2026 - February 25, 2026 at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center located at 1000 H Street, Chula Vista, California, USA, 91910, (“Venue”) by 3DreamTeam Inc. (“Revizto”), you (the “Participant”) agree to abide by these Participation Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”). Revizto may modify these terms in its sole discretion at any time, as it deems necessary for the operation of the Conference.

1. General

Participants shall abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this Agreement. Revizto has the sole authority to interpret and enforce all rules and regulations included in this Agreement, to make any amendments thereto, and to make further rules and regulations Revizto deems necessary to ensure the orderly conduct of the Conference.

2. Registration

To register for the Conference, you must complete the online registration process and (where applicable) pay all registration fees at the time of registration. Conference registration is subject to availability and must be completed online before the event. Registration passes won’t be sold onsite. By completing the registration, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age. You represent and warrant to Revizto that: (i) the information you provide when registering is truthful, accurate, complete and not misleading; (ii) you have the authority to bind the entity you are representing, if any.

3. Payment

Payment may be made by credit card when you register. Revizto reserves the right to cancel your registration without notice for failure to timely pay, and Revizto is not responsible for any damages or any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from cancellation or non-registration.

4. Conference Changes/Cancellation

Revizto may change the Conference times and/or dates at any time without liability. Revizto may cancel the Conference without liability for any reason beyond Revizto’s control that makes it impossible, impractical, or inadvisable, in Revizto’s discretion, to hold the Conference. If Revizto cancels the Conference, Revizto’s liability will be limited to a refund of the ticket purchase price, minus any discount. Travel expenses, such as but not limited to flights, hotels, car rentals, etc., and any other amounts will not be refunded.

5. Conference Content

The Conference program, format, content, products, merchandise, and all other aspects of the Conference are subject to change without notice. The Conference includes content owned by or licensed to Revizto or RevUP sponsors.

6. Code Of Conduct

You will comply with all applicable laws and agree not to engage in any form of disruptive, harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior. Revizto may require participants engaging or threatening such behavior to leave the Conference and such participants will be ineligible to receive a refund. If you witness such behavior, please contact a Conference staff member or provide notice of such conduct to Revizto.

7. Refund Policy

Cancellation requests sent to maderight@revizto.com before 11:59 PM (GMT), January 1, 2026, will be considered on a case by case basis. No refunds will be considered for any cancellation received by Revizto after these deadlines. Delivery charges and any other amounts will not be refunded. Please note that any granted refunds may take up to 30 business days to process. Tickets can be transferred to another person. Transfer requests must be sent to maderight@revizto.com with the contact details of the person to whom the ticket is to be transferred, including: First Name, Last Name, Work Email Address, Phone Number, Company Name, Job Title, Country, T-Shirt Size, and Food Restrictions.

8. Privacy Notice

If you register for the Conference, we may collect your name, record of participation and contact information, which we may store in our databases and use to provide you with information and services associated with the Conference. It may also be used for our legitimate interests in tailoring products and services to your interests. We also share your name and contact information with our sponsors where you have opted-in. We use WebEx to assist with registration. Your information will be transferred from WebEx to Revizto (group of companies). Please visit our website to view our Privacy Notice for all other privacy related matters, which is incorporated herein by reference. Revizto reserves the right to modify its Privacy Notice at any time, provided Revizto shall comply with all applicable laws and data privacy transfer restrictions at all times.

9. License To Use Items

Revizto will record, photograph, transcribe, film, or conduct similar activities at the Conference. In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Conference, you grant to Revizto and its affiliates, agents, employees and assigns an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty- free right and worldwide license, in perpetuity, to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute or translate, for any purpose relating to their business, all or any part of the following items (“Items”) related to the Conference: (a) all still photographs, and/or any audio or video recordings that Revizto or its contractors make and/or take of you, your voice, or likeness, including the right to use your name, likeness, and biographical information, and (b) all materials (electronic or hard copy) submitted or presented by you, including any materials submitted via social media handles. You consent to the use of the Items pursuant to the foregoing in perpetuity without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from you and waive any moral rights you may have in the Items. Revizto disclaims all liability for the capture of you or any Conference attendees in any Item (in any format).

10. Further Instructions

In addition to this Agreement, Participant shall comply with all written or verbal instructions from Revizto, and with all written or verbal instructions from the Venue; Participant’s failure to do so is grounds for Revizto to terminate this Agreement without liability to Participant.

11. No Interference

Participants shall not take any action or make any statement (whether written or oral) that is likely to, or does, interfere with or adversely affect Revizto’s reputation, business, good will, or relationship with any Revizto user, customer, potential customer, partner, employee, or supplier.

12. Liability For Damages

“Representatives” means any party’s owners, affiliates, officers, directors, officials, employees, agents, contractors, and other representatives. Revizto, Venue, and official Venue and Conference service contractors and security services, and each of their respective Representatives (collectively, the “Conference Providers”) will not be responsible for the safety of or any loss, theft, destruction, or damage to property of, or for any injury to, Participant or its Representatives for any reason, including, without limitation, due to theft, strikes, fire, water, storm, vandalism, or other causes. Participant and its Representatives waive all claims against Conference Providers, and release them from all liabilities, with respect to the same. Regardless of the insurance obligations in this Agreement, it is the Participant's responsibility to maintain appropriate insurance in relation to any risks under this Agreement or its participation in the Conference. Revizto will not be liable to Participant or any third party under any circumstances for any consequential, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages; loss of income, profits, or revenue; or other economic losses arising out of or related to this Agreement or Participant’s participation in the Conference. Revizto’s total maximum liability arising out of or related to this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the fees paid by Participant to Revizto.

13. Indemnification

Participant and its Representatives shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless (and, to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, hereby expressly release and discharge) Conference Providers, and each of their respective Representatives, from and against any and all alleged and/or actual claims, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, damages, penalties, demands, losses, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), costs, and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever (collectively, “Claims”), including but not limited to any Claim for property damage and/or personal injury, in connection with, caused by, or arising out of participation in the Conference by (a) Participant, (b) its Representatives and any other party acting on Participant’s behalf, or (c) any of Participant’s invitees or guests (any of the foregoing in clauses (b) or (c), a “Related Party”), whether as a result of (i) Participant’s or any Related Party’s act, omission, negligence, or willful misconduct; (ii) Participant’s or any Related Party’s actual or alleged violation of any policy of, or agreement with, any Conference Provider; (iii) Participant’s or any Related Party’s actual or alleged violation of any applicable laws; (iv) Participant’s or any Related Party’s actual or alleged infringement of any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; or (v) otherwise, and in each case, whether or not foreseeable. Participant’s indemnification obligations will not apply to the extent a Claim is caused by Revizto’s own negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Health And Safety

Revizto and Participant agree that the health and safety of all Conference attendees are of utmost importance, and will take necessary precautions and abide by all applicable local, state, and federal COVID-19 safety measures. Revizto may, at its discretion, impose additional restrictions or change the Conference format to a virtual event in order to protect attendee health and safety. The Venue is part of Marriott International’s family of brands; they have implemented a multi-pronged approach designed to meet the health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19. Revizto will monitor changes to applicable regulations and communicate any changes in safety measures and requirements as the Conference nears. We strongly encourage attendees to stay home if ill, display signs of illness, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

15. General Provisions

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or any other relationship between Participant and Revizto. This Agreement, and all matters arising out of or related to this Agreement, will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard for its conflicts of law provisions. Any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be brought in the state court located in City and County of San Francisco, California, or the federal district court located in City and County of San Francisco, California, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. This Agreement constitutes the parties’ entire understanding regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties. A party’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Notices to Participant will be delivered to the contact information provided at the time of purchase of the tickets for the Conference. Notices to Revizto must be delivered to maderight@revizto.com with a copy to info@revizto.com. Notices delivered via email will be deemed effective the next business day after they are sent to the proper address.
