Designed to meet architectural design standards, this solution pulls issue data, statuses, comments, and visuals directly from Revizto to produce structured, consistent, and visually polished site visit reports. You’ll learn how the tool was built, the workflows it supports, and the practical lessons learned along the way.

In this session, discover how Wise Construction, a mid-market GC, harnessed Augmented Reality (AR) through Revizto’s Site App to transform the Berklee College of Music’s century-old structure into a modern performance and learning space. By overlaying coordinated MEP models onto live site views via iPads, the Wise VDC team identified hidden clashes with non-modeled legacy systems and structural elements long before work began. The visualization also enhanced collaboration among the owner, designers, superintendents, and trades - helping the team deliver under tight schedules and complex existing conditions.

Design fixity is the holy grail of pre-construction: the moment decisions finally stick and work moves forward with confidence. For the Sutter Health West Campus Phase 1 of a massive, 700,000 square foot commercial retrofit into a high-tech diagnostic and specialty clinic—achieving this was particularly challenging, as the team was tasked with completing the design phase in half the time of the previous campus.

Hear directly from Praseedha Subramanian (VDC Project Manager, DPR Construction) and Isvet Paz (Senior Associate, HGA) about how their two companies collaborated under extreme pressure. You'll learn the crucial moment when Praseedha introduced Revizto to Isvet's team, replacing their traditional PDF markup process and creating a single source of truth.

They’ll reveal the custom, decision-locking Revizto workflow, offering practical strategies you can immediately use to manage stakeholder reviews, efficiently track design progress, and gain greater certainty with reduced risk.

Innovation doesn’t just happen during scheduled ideation sessions; it often emerges in the margins of our day. For Aaron Lepley and Steve Cline at Mars, those margins became the spark when they stumbled upon Revizto at a conference and later attended RevUP 2024.

Until then, their work was dominated by endless email threads, phone calls, and sprawling Excel sheets. That chance encounter inspired them to reimagine how their teams could work — shifting from manual processes to a more connected, data-driven approach. In just a year, what began as a search for efficiency in design and construction has grown into a vision for data life cycle management across all Mars facilities. At the same time, Aaron and Steve are laying the foundation for a new VDC team, building on a culture where innovation feels natural, not forced.

In this presentation, you’ll hear how Mars is turning sparks of curiosity into large-scale change — proving that breakthrough ideas often grow out of everyday challenges when teams are empowered to think differently.
